These guys are absolutely amazing. Prices were the best in the area, hands down (and I shopped around). They picked up the documents for me, and delivered them when we were done. They completed the work very fast, just a couple of days, even though I wasn't necessarily in a rush. Most of all, they were accommodating and willing to accept a Purchase Order, since that's the only way that my institution is able to pay contractors. So flexible, great personality, and great service. You WILL NOT find a better company to scan your documents than this one. Stop looking now, and give them a call.

Yelp says a "5" means: "As good as it gets!" On that scale, Javier and the Access Document Scanning Services are a 10+! We were faced with a daunting task of digitizing a law office whose admin was ill and unavailable.Javier walked us through everything and took 10-15 bankers boxes a week for several weeks until the job was done. We were not technically as savvy as we could be and Javier answered questions every step of the way.

Sometimes you read reviews and wonder, are these folks as good as they say?

This is a privately owned and operated business by a fantastic husband and wife team. Javier responded to my email within a few hours with a quote for my scanning work and it was the least expensive of the top contenders for my order. As an artist I must have quality scanning to make quality prints. I couldn't have done this job without his quality, pricing and expertise. Along with his lovely and helpful wife's support, I will always be loyal to them!

Access scanning services is very professional. I have placed an order with them for two companies. They are very effective and their prices are very fair. They pick up everything and scan all your documents in a very organized manner. I am beyond happy with their services. I would recommend them to anyone I know and I would use their services again.

Access scanning has very competitive prices, combined with excellent customer service provided by Javier and his team. They completed our large project in a very timely manner with a high quality result. I would reccomend Access Scanning services for large format scanning projects.

AMAZING work by a truly professional and efficient company! Our Law Firm in Los Angeles could not be more thrilled with the work of Access Scanning. Not only was it the most affordable of the 20 companies we looked at, but they were so quick with everything and the product was BEYOND OUR HOPES for this project. Moving offices is never easy, but we found our angel in access scanning. They labeled everything clearly and exactly how we requested, and even through in some pages to clearly separate and label certain aspects of our legal files (which has been a HUGE help for our less tech-savvy staff)! If you choose access scanning and shred source, you will NOT be disappointed, and you will probably end up wondering how you ever lived without them in the first place. Special thank you to Javier Rios who has helped from start to finish with this project (although we aren't quite finished....after seeing the product, we'll be using them A LOT more before our official move this summer)!!!

Access Scanning is absolutely my first choice when it comes to scanning projects. There rates are amazing and they do a really good job. This latest scanning project that I had was over 8000 pages and I needed the pages to be scanned in order as it was given to them because I am creating an e-flip book. I decided to go into access scanning with my page count complete and Lo and Behold, the human eye just didn't do the trick. I was off. And when I learned that I was off, I was absolutely devastated. It took me about a week and a half to two weeks to number the pages. So, Javier and Lia knew that I was nervous. Lia was able to tell me where the page numbers went wrong. And Javier was able to help me figure it out. He knew that I needed help with the counting portion and what he told me was, he said, "Adjust your table of contents, but, adjust it against what our machines did. Our machines are error-free. If the machine starts to suck in 2 pages at one time, it will stop. We have a scanning programmer to make sure these type of...

Once I found my error per Lia paying attention and guiding me, I listened to Javier, and I adjusted my table of contents per what the machine scanned and in the order that it scanned it. Wala, I am ready to create my e-flip book because of Access Scanning. I am so happy I took the time to listen to them. They were great. Javier made me feel like he was in Christ our Lord. It was like, I could tell. I was mad. I was aggravated. I was nervous. The way that he approached me to help me was very kind. Thank you Jesus for Javier...this project took me forever...and he helped me to dot the I's and cross the T's. God bless you...Go with Access Scanning...he gave me 8000 pages at a very very, very, good rate. They are the most affordable when it comes to scanning work.

Javier and Lia have been amazing!! They are such perfectionists that they didn't even want to take my project because they were worried they would disappoint. They bought new software to accommodate my requests and figured out a way to do EXACTLY what I hoped for.. . . and all at a very reasonable rate. They were terrific to work with and their work is simply top notch. I highly recommend their services and will hire them again for future projects.

Called these guys for Legal copying service in Los Angeles and within 20 minutes I had a detailed quote and a work order to commence. I had them out to our firm the following day and they were able to scan/copy over 10k documents in an impressive timely manner. Many thanks!

Javier and his team are Great!!!!!!!!!!! They are on target with the scanning of our documents and in expensive also. I will highly recommend Access scanning. One thing I am definalty impressed with is that they travel far they are in Encino an we are in West Covina that is a pretty far drive, Most companies don't go far or they charge an arm and a leg, but Access scanning is reasonable and Javier he is really really nice.

Found Access online and gave them a try, for materials I needed scanned for a book project. Javier was great: the work was done quickly, prices fair. When we had a glitch with a couple of the scans, he promptly found a way to right things. I have no trouble recommending his service to anyone seeking prompt, reliable service.

"Javier provided me with outstanding service. High-quality performance. Excellent value. Timely completion. Creative problem solving. Commitment to customer satisfaction. My job consisted of some 20,000 pages. These were photocopies of old publications, some of them almost 200 years old. The original pages were often discolored, faded, or stained. The typefaces were sometimes antique and very difficult to read.
Nonetheless, Javier worked closely with me to raise even the worst of these to an acceptable level of legibility, sufficient to process them successfully with Optical Character Recognition software. Thanks to Access Scanning, I was able to extract all the data required for my doctoral dissertation.
Very highly recommended.
